Slight increase in admission prices
From 28 January 2026, our day tickets will increase in price by an average of €1. Find out more about the new admission prices.
The moderate adjustments to admission prices affect the Munich locations of the Deutsches Museum, which means that the annual pass will also become slightly more expensive.
- Day tickets will increase by €1, costing €16 for adults and €9 for concessions for all exhibitions in the main building on Munich's Museumsinsel, and €9 for adults and €6 for concessions for the Verkehrszentrum (transport museum) or the Flugwerft Schleißheim (aviation museum). The admission price continues to include a variety of free guided tours and demonstrations in the daily programme at the respective locations.
- Accordingly, the price for the family ticket will increase to £33 for the main building and £19 for the Verkehrszentrum (transport museum) and the Flugwerft Schleißheim (aviation museum). This allows up to two adults with children up to the age of 17 who are members of the family to visit the museum at a reasonable price. Holders of a Munich Family Pass receive a discount on the family ticket: €19 for the main building and €13 for the Verkehrszentrum (transport museum) or the Flugwerft Schleißheim (aviation museum).
- The annual ticket for the three Munich locations will increase from €45 to €50. This allows one person to visit the main building on Museumsinsel, the Verkehrszentrum (transport museum) on Theresienhöhe and the Flugwerft Schleißheim (aviation museum) for 365 days.
We apologise for any inconvenience and look forward to welcoming you to our museums.
