Celebrate 100 years of Deutsches Museum on Museumsinsel with us! In the anniversary year 2025, there will be concerts, exciting science shows, workshops, guided tours and fascinating experiments. Discover 20 permanent exhibitions, enjoy the lounge in the Aviation Hall - and top off the evening with the view from the museum tower.

The programme:

All areas of the Deutsches Museum are open from 6 pm to 1 am - from the DNA laboratory in the entrance hall to space travel and agriculture on the top floor: 20 permanent exhibitions and experimental areas relating to science and technology can be discovered in the evening atmosphere. There is also the special exhibition "Light and Matter", which explains the topic of quantum physics in a vivid and "hands-on" way.

This year's highlights include concerts with chamber music ensembles from the Munich Radio Orchestra in various exhibitions:

  • 19:00: Modern aviation
  • 19:45: Musical instruments
  • 20:30: Bridges and hydraulic engineering
  • 21:15: Modern aviation
  • 21:45: Musical instruments
  • 22:30: Bridges and hydraulic engineering

Information and tickets

  • Advance ticket sales from now on at the Deutsches Museum at the ticket offices on the Museum Island and the Transport Centre (daily from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.)
  • Evening box office at the Deutsches Museum with ticket sales Long Night
  • 20 € for direct purchase on site (23.50 with München Ticket)
  • Valid as an admission ticket for all participating museums and as a ticket for the MVG shuttle buses.
  • During the Long Night, the "Woman in the Moon" is only accessible with a ticket through the museum.
  • The Long Night of Munich Museums is an event organised by Münchner Kultur GmbH; membership cards and annual tickets for the Deutsches Museum are not valid.
