Pre-booked group tours on the Museum Island

  • We recommend booking guided tours 4-8 weeks in advance, as many offers are booked out quickly.
  • Please note that the guided tour is only bindingly booked once you have received your booking confirmation from us.
  • Please note that we reserve the right to cancel tours that have already been confirmed at short notice due to unforeseen department closures as part of the renovation of the Deutsches Museum. We are not liable in these cases.

Terms and Conditions

We would like to point out that guided tours for school classes are only conducted in the presence of a teacher or other supervisor. Any rebooking and/or cancellation will result in a handling fee of 10 euros per guided tour (also applies to member schools). In addition, 50% of the respective tour fee is due for each cancellation 4 calendar days or more before the tour date, and 100% of the respective tour fee is due for each cancellation after 48 hours before the tour date. After one hour of waiting time, the guide is entitled to leave the meeting point; the claim to holding even the shortened guided tour expires. In both cases, however, the agreed fee shall be due in full plus the above-mentioned handling fee.
