How to Take the Highlights Tour

  • Download the App: Get the free Deutsches Museum app on your smartphone (approx. 112 MB).
  • Alternatively: Rent an audio device at the museum information desk (€5 fee).
  • Select Tour: Open the home screen and choose Highlights – Extended.
  • Start Exploring: Tap Start Tour and begin at the Preaching Monk in the Robotics section (Level 0), or pick any stop from the tour overview to start elsewhere.
  • Duration & Flexibility: The full 17-stop tour takes about 2 hours. You can pause or end the tour at any time.
