All areas of the Deutsches Museum are open from 6 pm to 1 am - from the DNA laboratory in the entrance hall to space travel and agriculture on the top floor. More than 20 exhibitions and experimental stations relating to science and technology invite you to discover them in the evening atmosphere.
In the special exhibition Light and Matter you can experience the history of quantum physics in five themed areas - from light experiments to quantum computers.
Workshops, guided tours, science shows and spectacular chemistry demonstrations provide the highlights. Relax with a drink at the bar in the Aviation Hall or on the roof terrace of the Frau im Mond restaurant.
This year's highlights also include concerts with chamber music ensembles from the in various exhibitions:

The Rolling Museum will once again be shuttling between the Museumsinsel Main Museum and the Verkehrszentrum Transport Museum: vintage car convoys will take visitors back and forth in style - an exciting programme awaits there too.
Information and tickets - Long Night of the Munich Museums
- Advance ticket sales now available at the Deutsches Museum at the ticket offices on Museum Island and the Transport Centre (daily from 9 am to 4 pm). You can also buy a ticket from us on the Long Night itself (while stocks last).
- €20 for direct purchase on site (€23.50 with München Ticket). They are valid as an admission ticket for all participating venues and as a ticket for the MVG shuttle buses.
- The Long Night of Munich Museums is an event organised by Münchner Kultur GmbH; membership cards and annual passes for the Deutsches Museum are not valid.
- During the Long Night, the "Frau im Mond" Rooftop Bar is only accessible with a ticket
