There are lots of different ways to make the most of a visit to the Verkehszentrum. For example, you can use an audio guide or ‘twiddle’, a mobile game developed in-house to help you learn!

  • Accompanied digitally by the imposing Landwührden steam locomotive, players are presented with ‘quests’ to unravel. Solving these is rewarded, amongst other things, by the virtual collection of exhibition objects.
  • The aim is to explore, almost incidentally, the diverse forms that movement takes in our world. At the Verkehrszentrum, for example, this is done from the perspective of the history of technology.
  • The museum riddle app not only adds an interactive element to the physical exhibition tour, but also links the eight research museums that belong to the Leibniz Association. In doing so, it offers further ‘accessible’ perspectives on the central theme of mobility.

Download twiddle straight onto your mobile (iOS / Android) and start playing!
