The Deutsches Museum and its facilities will be closed on 1 November.

Please note that the Deutsches Museum and all its facilities are closed on the All Saints' Day holiday. We wish you a happy holiday and look forward to your visit on another of our 357 opening days in the year.

The Deutsches Museum is generally open every day from 9.00 to 17.00. The museum is closed only eight days a year.

Other branches and facilities

Opening hours and closures apply to all Deutsches Museum facilities in the Munich area: the main Deutsches Museum on Museum Island, the Verkehrszentrum (transport museum), Flugwerft Schleißheim (aviation museum) and the library. 

The Archives on Museum Island are open Monday to Friday, 9:00–17:00. Pre-registration is recommended.
