Planetary Health – One Planet. One Health. Our Future.
This exhibition explores how closely human and planetary health are intertwined – and what happens when this delicate rhythm is disrupted.
How healthy is our planet - and what does that mean for us?
Heatwaves, droughts and extreme weather are evidence of this: The earth is out of balance. And this has direct consequences for our health. The special exhibition"Planetary Health - One Planet. One Health. Our Future." visualises how closely human well-being is linked to the state of the environment - and what we can do to positively shape this relationship.

Simply explained - what is the exhibition about?
Planetary health means that the health of the earth and the health of people belong together. If nature is doing badly, we humans are also doing worse.
But if we recognise problems, we can also find solutions. There are many ideas and projects that can help us to live better together with the earth.
"One Planet. One Health. Our Future." invites you
- to find out how our planet is doing
- to get to know people who are working towards a better future
- to ask yourself: How do I want to live in the future?
View of the exhibition
This is how the exhibition is organised
The exhibition is divided into five sections:
- Air
- Biosphere (animals and plants)
- Water
- Substances
- Landscape
Each area sheds light on how human activity influences the environment - and how changes in turn affect us.
Illustrative examples make the connections tangible:
- the loss of animal species and its consequences for the spread of diseases
- Microplastics in food and drinking water
- Crop failures due to insect mortality
We encounter many of these issues in our everyday lives - often without realising it.
See everyday life anew
In order to make the complex interrelationships understandable, the exhibition deliberately works with familiar objects. Whether it's a pizza box, frying pan, skis or a doll - everyday objects become the starting point for discovering larger ecological and health issues. This creates a new perspective on habits and consumption - and on the role we ourselves play.

From crisis to solution
The exhibition not only shows problems, but above all perspectives. In each topic area, specific ideas, projects and innovations are presented that show how people and the planet can live together more sustainably.
From technical solutions to local initiatives, it becomes clear that change is possible - and it often starts on a small scale.
Join in and experience
"Planetary Health" is an interactive exhibition that invites you to think and participate.
