Our global food systems, especially agriculture, are currently facing significant challenges in terms of sustainability and security of supply. The innovation space “NewFoodSystems” investigates and develops new strategies for resource-friendly food production and processing methods as well as quality control. In this context, the research project of the Deutsches Museum contributes to the study of the acceptance behaviour of consumers. Furthermore, the implementation of this research in the Deutsches Museum Nürnberg facilitates an intensive interaction with the public.
